Computer Science minor

Over the course of three decades, the computer science department has built a curriculum that provides outstanding computer science education in a liberal arts setting.  We offer students courses in all of the major areas of computing, as well as opportunities to participate in several ongoing research programs sponsored by our faculty.

Please note that CSCI 209  is the required prerequisite for most 300-level courses, one of which is required for the minor. CSCI 403  cannot count towards the minor.

In meeting the requirements of this minor, a student may not use more than nine credits that are also used to meet the requirements of any other major or minor. A student may not complete both a major and a minor in computer science.
